Payment Responsibilities
By purchasing any digital product, course, or membership from Body Confidence Official, you agree to the following payment terms:
- Full Payments and Installment Plans: You may choose to pay in full at the time of purchase or through an installment plan if offered. If you select an installment plan, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method according to the agreed schedule.
- Commitment to Payments: Once a purchase is made, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments, regardless of program completion or withdrawal.
- Delinquent Payments: If any installment payment is missed, access to the product may be suspended immediately. Outstanding balances may be sent to collections, and unpaid amounts may be reported to credit bureaus.
Products Covered by This Policy
This refund policy applies to all digital products, courses, and memberships offered by Body Confidence Official, both current and future.
Access and Program Integrity
Upon purchase, you will receive access to all materials associated with the product, including any bonuses or resources included in your plan. Access is granted for personal use only and may not be shared with others. Unauthorized sharing of product content may result in the immediate revocation of access and potential legal action.
Exceptions to This Policy
All sales are final, and refund requests will not be considered under normal circumstances, including but not limited to financial constraints, changes in personal schedules, or dissatisfaction with the program.
In rare and extreme cases, Body Confidence Official may consider an exception to this policy. Exceptions are granted solely at our discretion and only in situations where extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances prevent you from accessing or participating in the product or service you purchased.
Requests for exceptions must be submitted to support@bodyconfidenceofficial.com within 14 days of purchase. To be considered, your request must include:
- A clear explanation of the extraordinary circumstances;
- Supporting evidence to verify your claim, such as relevant documentation.
Any supporting documentation provided will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating your request. Body Confidence Official will treat this information confidentially and delete it promptly after the review process is completed.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Exceptions are granted on a case-by-case basis, and Body Confidence Official reserves the right to deny any request at its sole discretion.
Chargebacks
By purchasing any product, course, or membership, you agree to this refund policy. Attempting a chargeback with your credit card company does not absolve you of your payment obligations.
In the event of a chargeback dispute, Body Confidence Official reserves the right to:
- Provide evidence to your payment provider to demonstrate that the product or service was delivered in accordance with these Terms.
- Pursue collections for any outstanding balances, including additional fees associated with chargebacks.
Filing a chargeback may result in suspension of access to all products, courses, or memberships and may impact your ability to participate in future offerings.
